## Questions about the EU registry itself

For problems with the registry, your application or a verification error, the European Commission runs a helpdesk: [EC-HELPDESK-DPP@ec.europa.eu](mailto:EC-HELPDESK-DPP@ec.europa.eu), telephone +32 2 296 04 31, Monday to Friday, 8:00–20:00 CET. Questions about your seal certificate go to your qualified trust service provider.
